Aims- of the city centre federation
- ensure city-centre residents/leaseholders have a greater communal voice with which to lobby policy makers
- help complexes to find solutions to communal issues through the sharing of best practice
- help city centre residents/leaseholders address ever-changing situations/circumstances

- Liveability agenda/quality of life for city centre residents
- Planning applications
- Licensing applications
- Voice of city centre residents with policy makers
