Taking place on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 April 2016 in Sefton Park, the Liverpool Food and Drink Spring Festival will celebrate the awakening of spring, with a number of themed activities such as a fresh flower fair, children’s enchanted garden, street food in the woods and grow-your-own demos.
There will also be several themed foodie zones dedicated to genres such as fresh fish, chocolate and street food, while those in search of something a little boozier will love the dedicated ‘Gin Market’.
Green fingers will be inspired by a number of live gardening demonstrations while kids will love the Children’s Area, which will include a petting farm and live puppet theatre.
The festival will also be a great opportunity for visitors to do a little shopping, with an array of fresh produce and kitchen essentials on sale at the producers’ market.
Bars, restaurants and producers confirmed to take part in the event include Baoxen Ltd, Little Furnace, Oh So British Street Food, Fudge Factory, French Corner and the Real Thai Pie Co.
