A nine day festival of light, colour and spectacle. River of Light 2019 will bring together large scale art commissions from artists across the world.
Commissions sharing the theme of light will arrive across the city of Liverpool. They will be on display between 1 – 9 November 2019 across Liverpool’s waterfront.
As part of the River of Light 2019 Festival, the hugely popular mid-river firework display will return for one-night-only on Sunday November 3rd.
