Painting Car Park Corridor Walls

Doran’s painters will be on site on Thursday (27th June 2013) to begin painting the corridors between the car parks.

All painting will be completed during the middle of the day, and should be complete by Friday 28th June 2013.

CBRE Maintenance Update

On the 24th June 2013 – Contractors DBS will be painting the Towers main foyer, although access will not be restricted residents need to be aware contractors will be working from 5.30 p.m. until late.

CBRE Maintenance update

Tomorrow morning (25/06/13) JR Kenny will carry out a thorough clean of all the refuse rooms and bins; they will also clean the carpets on all floors; the areas by the lifts and refuse rooms are looking particularly scruffy on most of the floors.

We took friends to the James Monro in late October, must say the food and service was excellent. Definately worth a visit.

We still keep going back time and time again, the last being Saturday just gone. The menu hasn’t changed much in all the time we have been going but they do have specials, and the food quality is always excellent and the atmosphere is so lively. Hubby also enjoys the view 😉

We visited the Noble House in August and September with friends, the food was excellent but the restaurant lacks atmosphere, even though we dined on a Friday and a Saturday and on both occassions it was very quite. But will go back.

We finally went to San Carlo although the food was good, it was expensive and the service was very slow.

The Tower’s Maintenance Schedule

The Residents Association met with Nicola Dunkerley CBRE Locality Facilities Manager for the Tower (she’s taken over from Henry) last week to discuss the Towers maintenance schedules. We hope to be able to place up to date work schedules on to the web site from the end of October 2010.

Some of the maintenance issues unfortunately are the resposibility of the freeholder (landlord) such as the painting of the 7th floor corridor walls and window frames and until they agree to commence the work we are stuck. We will keep you posted.
