If you are using any other connection other than the main lounge check your connection is set up as shown in the Tower Tips Section of the web site headed TV and Satellite.
Check all your other connections e.g. coax connector.
We use freeview and freesat and signal is generally usable but can occasionally drop off.
Not sure if other people suffer the same problems. If anyone else does have problems please let the TBRA know via the forum and we will contact the House Manager to look in to the problem.
